The drive to encourage people to eat more whole foods and vegetables stems from first hand experiences in providing medical nutrition therapy as a Renal Dietitian Nutritionist. Over the course of my professional career I have found that a non-diet approach to foods works best for my clients. Setting realistic and tangible goals to improve health is the best way for us to see health progress that lasts. 
Together, we can focus on rediscovering food the way it was meant to be- nutritious and beneficial to your body. I have seen first hand how simply adding more whole foods and vegetables can be effective to improve quality of life for my patients enduring various health conditions including diabetes, heart disease, and chronic kidney disease.

My expertise in nutritional science and public health has allowed me to gain insight in how the individual food choices we make now, have the power to influence the trajectory of health for future generations. My goal is to be part of the solution to disease prevention, not disease treatment. I started my nutrition private practice to help you on this journey to achieve sustainable health and wellness.
